Return Period

Customers in the United kingdom may return products within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the lamp must be:

    • Unused and uninstalled (no drilled holes, mounted brackets, or altered wiring).
    • In the original packaging with all mounting hardware, manuals, and accessories included.
    • Free from dirt, moisture damage, or outdoor exposure.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • A clear reason for your return request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide:

  • The return shipping address
  • Detailed instructions for returning your item

Important: Returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The lamp has been installed, used, or modified in any way.
  • The product shows signs of weather exposure (e.g., rain marks, dust, corrosion).
  • The lamp was purchased during a clearance sale or marked as final sale.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
  • The item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.
  • In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us with photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Method for Returns

  • Use a shipping method that includes tracking information.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking.
