Return Period
Customers in the United kingdom may return products within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the lamp must be:
- Unused and uninstalled (no drilled holes, mounted brackets, or altered wiring).
- In the original packaging with all mounting hardware, manuals, and accessories included.
- Free from dirt, moisture damage, or outdoor exposure.
How to Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide:
- The return shipping address
- Detailed instructions for returning your item
Important: Returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if:
- The lamp has been installed, used, or modified in any way.
- The product shows signs of weather exposure (e.g., rain marks, dust, corrosion).
- The lamp was purchased during a clearance sale or marked as final sale.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- The item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.
- In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us with photos or videos of the issue.
- We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Method for Returns
- Use a shipping method that includes tracking information.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking.
